You are prohibited from bypassing or exploiting security controls, reverse engineering the service, distributing malware, or conducting activities that overload our infrastructure.

You must not submit sensitive personal data (such as health data, government IDs, or payment details) outside of designated billing flows. You are responsible for ensuring that any data routed to CRMs through our service complies with your own legal obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and to report illegal activities to the relevant authorities.
