Retention Periods
We retain customer configuration and CRM routing policies for the duration of the active subscription. Event logs and analytics data are retained for a limited time based on your selected plan limit (e.g. 14 days or longer).

Data Deletion
When you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will systematically remove your data from our active databases according to our secure deletion lifecycle.

Backups
Archived data in backups may take up to an additional 30 days to be fully expunged after active deletion.

Compliance
We may retain certain records for longer periods if required for compliance with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
