ThreatIP operates primarily on a non-refundable basis. Due to the nature of our digital services and the costs associated with data enrichment and API queries, payments made for subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments. For payment specific refund requests, you may also reach out to Paddle.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately. We will review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
